Portable Toilets and Other Site Rentals and Services <br />July 1, 2025 <br />Page 2 <br />5 <br />1 <br />5 <br />5 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The revised total aggregate amount for these services is $572,500 over a four-year <br />period. Beginning in FY 2025-26, annual usage is expected to increase from the originally <br />estimated $100,000 to $157,500 for each of the remaining three years. Actual usage may <br />vary based on departmental needs and budget capacity but will not exceed the contract <br />limit of $572,500. <br />Funding for FY 2025-26 was included in the budget that City Council approved on June <br />17, 2025. Future fiscal year allocations will be included in subsequent proposed budgets, <br />subject to Council approval. A funding summary table has been provided to reflect the <br />additional $172,500 associated with this amendment. <br />Prior to utilizing the citywide contracts, departments must follow the City’s Purchasing <br />Policies and Procedures and confirm that funds are available.
