<br />Program to include an additional $513,227 in construction funds for the Bristol Street

<br />3. Approve the Project Cost Analysis for a total estimated construction delivery cost of
<br />$1,153,688, which includes $922,950 for the construction contract, $138,443 for
<br />contract administration, inspection, and testing, and a $92,295 project contingency for
<br />unanticipated or unforeseen work.
<br />4. Award a construction contract to R.J. Noble Company, the lowest responsible
<br />bidder, in accordance with the base bid and bid alternates in the amount of $922,950,
<br />for construction of the Bristol Street Rehabilitation from Santa Clara Avenue to
<br />Memory Lane Project (No. 226990 & 256427), for a term beginning July 1, 2025,
<br />and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract.
<br />5. Determine that, pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, the
<br />recommended actions are exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption
