These frameworks can protect neighborhood integrity, minimize <br /> nuisance concerns, and bring short-term rentals out of the shadows and into <br /> compliance. <br /> I respectfully urge you to act on the statements made on November 19th 2024 and <br /> prioritize development of a short-term rental program.
