C-0-2201 <br /> 3 BETWEEN <br /> 4 ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY <br /> 5 AND <br /> 6 CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> 7 FOR <br /> 8 STATE ROUTE 55 IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> 9 THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 is effective this day of , 2025, by and between the <br /> to Orange County Transportation Authority ("AUTHORITY"), 550 South Main Street, P.O. Box 14184, <br /> 11 Orange, California 92863-1584, a public corporation of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as <br /> 12 "AUTHORITY"), and the City of Santa Ana, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA 92701, (hereinafter <br /> 13 referred to as"CITY"),which are individually referred to as"Party"and collectively referred to as"Parties". <br /> 14 WITNESSETH: <br /> 15 WHEREAS, AUTHORITY and CITY entered into Cooperative Agreement No. C-0-2201, dated <br /> 16 June 15, 2020, to define the specific terms, conditions, and funding responsibilities between the <br /> 17 AUTHORITY and CITY for completion of final design and construction associated with the <br /> 18 State Route 55 (SR-55) Improvement Project(herein referred to as"PROJECT"); and <br /> 19 WHEREAS, AUTHORITY and CITY agree to extend the term of Agreement for two (2) years <br /> 20 through June 30, 2027; and <br /> 21 NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually understood and agreed by AUTHORITY and CITY that <br /> 22 Agreement No. C-0-2201 is hereby amended in the following particulars only: <br /> 23 / <br /> 24 / <br /> 25 / <br /> 26 / <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> Rev Date:2/18/2021 <br />
