83TCBCMWUQ <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />HIRED AUTO AND NON-OWNED AUTO LIABILITY <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />BUSINESS LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM <br />Except as otherwise stated in this endorsement, the terms and conditions of the Policy apply. <br />A.Amended Coverage: <br />The following is added to Section A. COVERAGES: <br />Coverageisextendedto"bodilyinjury"and"propertydamage"arisingoutoftheuseofa"hiredauto"or"non-owned <br />auto". <br />B.The following changes are made to Section B. EXCLUSIONS: <br />1.Exclusion g.Aircraft, Auto Or Watercraft does not apply to a "hired auto" or a "non-owned auto". <br />2.Exclusion e.EmployerÓsLiability doesnotapplyto"bodilyinjury"todomestic"employees"notentitledto <br />workersÓ compensation benefits or to liability assumed by the insured under an "insured contract". <br />3.Exclusion f.Pollution is deleted and replaced by the following: <br />(1)"Bodilyinjury"or"propertydamage"arisingoutoftheactual,allegedorthreateneddischarge,dispersal, <br />seepage, migration, release or escape of "pollutants": <br />(a)That are, or that are contained in any property that is: <br />(i)Beingtransportedortowedby,handled,orhandledformovementinto,ontoorfrom,thecovered <br />"auto"; <br />(ii)Otherwise in the course of transit by or on behalf of the "insured"; or <br />(iii)Being stored, disposed of, treated or processed in or upon the covered "auto". <br />(b)Beforethe"pollutants"oranypropertyinwhichthe"pollutants"arecontainedaremovedfromthe <br />place where they are accepted by the insured for movement into or onto the covered "auto"; or <br />(c)Afterthe"pollutants"oranypropertyinwhichthe"pollutants"arecontainedaremovedfromthe <br />covered "auto" to the place where they are finally delivered, disposed of or abandoned by the insured. <br />Paragraph(a)abovedoesnotapplytofuels,lubricants,fluids,exhaustgasesorothersimilar <br />"pollutants"thatareneededfororresultfromthenormalelectrical,hydraulicormechanical <br />functioning of the covered "auto" or its parts, if: <br />(i)The"pollutants"escape,seep,migrate,oraredischargedorreleaseddirectlyfroman"auto"part <br />designed by its manufacturer to hold, store, receive, or dispose of such "pollutants"; and <br />(ii)The"bodilyinjury"and"propertydamage"doesnotariseoutoftheoperationofanyequipment <br />listed in Paragraphs 15.f.(2) and 15.f.(3) of the definition of "mobile equipment". <br />Paragraphs(b)and(c)abovedonotapplytoaccidentsthatoccurawayfrompremisesownedbyor <br />rented to an "insured" with respect to "pollutants" not in or upon a covered "auto" if: <br />(i)The"pollutants"oranypropertyinwhichthe"pollutants"arecontainedareupset,overturnedor <br />damaged as a result of the maintenance or use of a covered "auto"; and <br />(ii)Thedischarge,dispersal,seepage,migration,releaseorescapeofthe"pollutants"iscaused <br />directlybysuchupset,overturnordamageasaresultofthemaintenanceoruseofacovered <br />"auto". <br />4.The following exclusion is added: <br />Fellow employee <br />Coveragedoesnotapplyto"bodilyinjury"toanyfellow"employee"oftheinsuredarisingoutoftheoperation <br />of an "auto" owned by the insured in the course of the fellow "employeeÓs" employment. <br />FormSL 30 26 10 18Page1 of3 <br />© 2018, The Hartford <br />(May include copyrighted material of Insurance Services Office, Inc., with its permission) <br />9757:699!}!36.37!DB!HM.IOPB.XD.QM!}!Tifssz!Zpvoh!}!803:03136!9;47;2:!BN!)QEU*!}!Qbhf!9!pg!21 <br /> <br />
