THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />3.The following condition is added: <br />Financial Responsibility Laws <br />a.WithrespecttoaÐhiredautoÑorÐnon-ownedautoÑtowhichthisinsuranceapplies,whenthisendorsementis <br />certifiedasproofoffinancialresponsibilityforthefutureundertheprovisionsofanymotorvehiclefinancial <br />responsibilitylaw,theinsuranceprovidedbythisendorsementfor"bodilyinjury"liabilityand"property <br />damage"liabilitywillcomplywiththeprovisionsofthelawtotheextentofthecoverageandlimitsof <br />insurance required by that law. <br />b.WithrespecttoaÐhiredauto"orÐnon-ownedautoÑtowhichthisinsuranceapplies,wewillprovideanyliability, <br />uninsuredmotorists,underinsuredmotorists,no-faultorothercoveragerequiredbyanymotorvehiclelaw. <br />We will provide the required limits for those coverages. <br />E.The following changes are made to Section F. LIABILITY AND MEDICAL EXPENSES DEFINITIONS: <br />1.The following definition is added: <br />"Hiredauto"meansany"auto"youlease,hire,rentorborrow.Thisdoesnotincludeanyautoyoulease,hire,rent <br />orborrowfromanyofyour"employees",yourpartners(ifyouareapartnership),members(ifyouarealimited <br />liability company),, or your "executive officers" or members of their households. <br />Thisdoesnotincludealong-termleased"auto"thatyouinsureasanowned"auto"underanyotherautoliability <br />insurancepolicyoratemporarysubstituteforan"auto"youownthatisoutofservicebecauseofitsbreakdown, <br />repair, servicing or destruction. <br />2.The following definition is added: <br />"Non-ownedauto"meansany"auto"youdonotown,lease,hire,rentorborrowwhichisusedinconnectionwith <br />your business.
