(9) CITY 4F SANTA ANA <br /> VI. Task 6: Project Evaluation and Assessment <br /> Subtask 6.1: Technology Evaluation and Assessment <br /> This sub-task will continue to monitor, evaluate, assess, and modify the solutions to ensure it meets the <br /> expectations and proof of technology of the project. <br /> Proof of Technology: Immediately following the implementation of the project solutions and for a minimum <br /> period of three (3) months, the consultant shall evaluate and assess the solutions based on the metrics <br /> identified in Sub-Task 2.2. During this period, the consultant shall make the necessary adjustments to <br /> equipment configuration,timing, and technology based on field visits, agency comments, and the system <br /> reporting. <br /> Technology Evaluation and Assessment Technical Memorandum: The consultant shall prepare a <br /> memorandum summarizing the proof of technology evaluation and assessment completed as part of this <br /> sub-task. This memorandum shall include the consultant's recommendation for fine tuning the system, <br /> including any infrastructure improvements to achieve the performance desired by each stakeholder in <br /> their jurisdiction. <br /> Subtask 6.2: Performance Measure Comparison <br /> Concurrently with and following Sub-Task 6.1, the consultant shall collect the same performance metrics <br /> determined in Sub-Task 2.2. City of Santa Ana reserves the right to validate the performance data's <br /> accuracy. Should City determine that the data is not meeting the minimum requirements for data <br /> accuracy, City will require the consultant to determine how long and how much of the data is inaccurate <br /> and provide a written plan of how the consultant plans to remedy the data inaccuracy. <br /> The consultant shall prepare a Performance Measure Comparison Memorandum to summarize all <br /> qualitative and quantitative improvements identified. <br /> Task 6— Deliverables (One hard copy and an electronic version of each): <br /> Technology Evaluation and Assessment Technical Memorandum <br /> Performance Measure Comparison Memorandum <br /> VI I.
