Pricing for the Subscription Agreement is due in USD and according to the Pricing Table. Payment df Annual Subscription Fees provides the Client with the software license and access for the period corresponding to those fees. The terms and conditions set forth herein will not be valid unless and until this Subscription Agreement is signed by both The Subscriber and CEB. Subscription Renewal: The Subscription will invoice annually in accord with the Pricing'Fable and Order Form Terms set forth above. The Subscription will not automatically renew after the Subscription end date. CEB will send automatic reminders and/or contact the Subscriber 90 - 120 days prior to the Subscription end date to discuss any potential changes to the Subscription or the Subscription Price, such as organization size, additions,or changes to practice areas, or expiring discounts to ensure the Subscriber is aware of and agrees to the renewal Subscription Price if the subscriber chooses to renew at that time. Payment Terms: Each payment is due according to the Terms above. Cancellation: The Subscription cannot be canceled during the Subscription Tenn with any expectation of a refund, whether full or partial.
