EXHIBIT 1 <br />Essential household items. SAHA may use services fee funding to assist the family with <br />some or all of the costs of acquiring essential household items such as tableware, cooking <br />equipment, beds or bedding, and essential sanitary products such as soap and toiletries. <br />Renter's insurance if required by the lease. SAHA may choose to assist the family <br />with some or all this cost. <br />Any services fee assistance that is returned to the PHA after its initial or subsequent use may <br />only be applied to the eligible services fee uses defined in Notice PIH 2O21-15 (or subsequent <br />notice) or other EHV administrative costs.
