EXHIBIT 1 <br />TPS-III.C. PREFERENCES <br />HCV Waiting List Preferences <br />If local preferences are established by the PHA for HCV, they do not apply to EHVs. However, <br />if the PHA has a homeless preference or a VAWA preference for the HCV waiting list, the PHA <br />must adopt additional policies related to EHVs in accordance with Notice PIH 2O21-15. <br />SAHA Policv <br />SAHA does not offer a homeless or a VAWA preference on the HCV waiting list. <br />EHV Waiting List Preferences <br />With the exception of a residency preference, the PHA may choose, in coordination with the <br />CoC and other referral partners, to establish separate local preferences for EHVs.
