2. The Complainant must file his/her appeal as a request for review directly with the Chief <br /> WID within ten (10) calendar days after the receipt of the Santa Ana LWDA's decision. <br /> 3. The Chief-WID, shall issue a decision no later than thirty(30) calendar days after receipt <br /> of the request for review. <br /> 4. After the complainant has received a decision or no decision has been received from the <br /> Director of Employment Development Department(on behalf of the Governor), the <br /> complainant has the right to appeal his/her complaint within thirty (30) calendar days to <br /> the Office of Civil Rights (OCR)with the Department of Labor. <br /> 18 <br /> EXHIBIT C <br />
