N\V <br />04/01/2025 <br />Dear City of Santa Ana, <br />We appreciate your support and the opportunity to provide clarity regarding our audit requirements for 2024, <br />Our organization was not required to undergo a Single Audit because our federal expenditures for the fiscal year <br />did not meet the $750,000 threshold set by the Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200.501). Since our total federal <br />funding remained below this limit, we were not subject to the Single Audit requirement for the year. <br />Please let us know if you need any additional information or documentation.
