Workshops: During their time in the program, youth will take part in interactive workshops on topics such as Resume Skill Building, Job Search and Interview Skills, Power of Your image, Navigating Success in the Workplace, and Financial Literacy. Each workshop will be approximately two hours in duration, with 10 total workshops provided over the one-year program term. All workshops will be conducted at the Working Wardrobes Career Success Center in Santa Ana. Job Search Navigation: The program's dedicated Career Navigator will work closely with Workforce Solutions Centers, the State Employment Development Department, the Orange County Business Council, Chambers of Commerce, employment agencies, and local employers to identify job opportunities for participants, focusing on high -demand occupations. The program's goal is to help participants secure ongoing employment as soon as possible, particularly for those enrolled in skills training programs or post -secondary education, to help them achieve financial stability. The Career Navigator will match participants with job openings based on their skills, interests, and training. They will also support participants' jab search by assisting with job applications, referring them to job openings, and providing coaching and encouragement to help them succeed in securing employment. Additionally, Working Wardrobes will host periodic in -person Hiring Events, offering networking opportunities with local employers to facilitate access to available job openings. Supportive Services: The program will provide direct financial aid to help participants address transportation needs, such as gasoline debit cards and bus passes, and other incidental needs that remove barriers to employment (e.g., identification/credentials, background checks, grooming, etc.). These services will support participants' ability to access necessary services and employment opportunities Each participant will also receive a professional outfit (suit, shirt or blouse, shoes, and accessories) for interviews and job placements, helping them build confidence and make a strong first impression with potential employers. They will receive personalized assistance from our Wardrobe Specialist to select outfits that meet their needs. Follow -Up Services: All youth participants will receive follow-up services for a minimum duration of 12 months after exiting the program. Whether or not participants have completed the full range of program services or secured employment, they will continue to have access to all Working Wardrobes activities. These follow-up services will be personalized to meet each individual's needs and may include leadership development, supportive services, and ongoing contact with employers to address any work -related challenges. During the follow-up period, participants will receive support with job development, career advancement, and further education opportunities, along with access to peer support groups and adult mentoring. The program will also track the progress of each participant in employment post -training, ensuring they achieve their goals, maintain employment, and continue to advance in their careers. C
