Incentives and Payments <br /> • Participants may be eligible for incentives based on performance and achievement <br /> of specific goals tied to the work experience. <br /> • Any incentive payment must be documented and approved by the case manager <br /> and program supervisor. <br /> • Paid work experiences must comply with minimum wage laws and labor <br /> standards. <br /> 8.Work Experience Duration and Limits <br /> Local policy must defuse the following: <br /> 1. Duration—Length of time a participant maybe in a work experience. <br /> 2. Hours per week—Number of hours a participant is allowed to work each week. <br /> 3. Incentives and stipends—Maximum allowed payment amounts and conditions for issuance. <br />
