Agreement Number 12-94-0006 <br />The Local Government shall also provide reports to the USMS on a monthly basis listing all USMS <br />prisoners who were detained in restrictive housing, and the reasons for their assignment to <br />restrictive housing. When no USMS prisoners have been placed in restrictive housing during the <br />reporting month, the Local Government shall notify USMS that there are no USMS prisoners to <br />report. The report or a notification of no USMS prisoners in restrictive housing' shall be submitted <br />to the CDUSM or his or her designee and POD at PODCoCinguiries(C)usms.doj.clov, no later than <br />the tenth day of each month in a standard format established by the USMS. <br />The Local Government shall have a comprehensive suicide -prevention program in place <br />incorporating all aspects of identification, assessment, evaluation, treatment, preventive <br />intervention, and annual training of all medical, mental health, and correctional staff. <br />Additional prisoner suicide prevention resources can be found at: <br />https://www.usmarshals.gov/prisoner/suicide prevention.htm and https://nicic.gov/. <br />(End of Provision) <br />20. Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) (November 2021) <br />The Facility must post Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) brochure/bulletins in each housing unit <br />of the Facility. The Facility must abide by all relevant PREA regulations at: <br />(https://www.prearesourcecenter.org/about/prison-rape-elimination-act-Area). <br />All sexual harassment and sexual assaults of or by a USMS prisoner must be reported to the <br />district CDUSM or designee and the POD at: PREAinguiriesCa usdoj.gov. <br />In accordance with PREA, the Facility must arrange for a PREA audit every three (3) years. PREA Prisoner Incident Reporting (November 2021) <br />PREA posters shall contain information on how to report a sexual assault by using one of the <br />following methods: <br />• Speaking with a staff member; <br />• Writing a letter reporting the alleged sexual misconduct to the person in charge or the <br />USMS. To ensure confidentiality, use special (Legal) mail procedures; <br />• Filing an Emergency Prisoner Grievance - If you decide your complaint is too sensitive to <br />file with the Officer in Charge, you can file your Grievance directly with the CDUSM.
