A summary of vendor participation and <br /> results is as follows: <br /> 453 Vendors notified <br /> 37 Santa Ana vendors notified <br /> 4 Responsive proposals received <br /> 0 Proposals received from Santa Ana vendors <br /> Proposals were solicited, opened on March 6, 2025, and evaluated. Four proposals were <br /> submitted by the RFP deadline and were determined to be responsive to the <br /> specifications and met the City's requirements. An evaluation committee reviewed and <br /> rated the proposals according to the criteria listed in the RFP. <br /> Staff recommends awarding an agreement to the highest-ranked firm, Euna Solutions, <br /> Inc. (Exhibit 1). The proposal submitted by Euna Solutions, Inc. for Euna Budget <br /> Professional was determined by the Committee to be the most well suited for the City's <br /> needs while simultaneously providing the best value. <br />
