Cost per ton. Includes clean up debris by hand, disposal <br />(no heavy equipment) <br />$2,163.00 Flat Rate-based on 2 technicians/4 hr max, no equipment and disposal at cost plus <br />35% <br />$541.00 Hourly Rate for 2 additional technicians <br />8.Large Scale-Debris removal service unpermitted encampments. Cost of heavy equipment that <br />include but may not be limited to track loarders, truck and semi end dump trailer combnations, <br />water trucks, high reach fork-lifts, stake bed trucks, backhoes, skip loaders, tractors, and <br />additiona service trucks and machinery to assist,. Evaluation and analysis will be based on <br />sumittal of proposal and all identified costs, include any and all costs related to collect and <br />dispose of items. <br />Due to the variable nature of large-scale debris removal at unpermitted encampments, we propose <br />utilizing our standardized menu pricing structure for homeless encampment cleanups. This pricing <br />model includes rates for all necessary equipment, labor, and disposal services —such as track <br />loaders, backhoes, water trucks, skip loaders, end dump trailers, forklifts, and other support vehicles <br />or machinery.   <br />  <br />City Council 11 – 92 8/5/2025
