Abraham Quintana spoke in opposition to the proposed amendments related to the <br />Police Oversight Commission ordinance (Agenda Item No. 15) and requested justice <br />for Noe Rodriguez. <br />15. Carl Benninger spoke regarding potential solutions and streamlining the process to <br />citizenship and spoke regarding the proposed amendments related to the Police <br />Oversight Commission ordinance (Agenda Item No. 15). <br />16.
