Standard Setup Tasks: Go-live Support <br />The purpose of this ta sk is to provide CLI ENT support from the initial deployment of configurations , <br />branding, and integrations into the Meridian LMS CLIENT Production environment. This period <br />all ows the CLIENT to validate that Meridian LMS application containing all configuration, and <br />integrations into the Production environment. Furthermore, it is the period in which the CLIENT is <br />to fina lize admin istrative configuration settings, new course and content readiness. <br />MERIDI AN Deliverables CLIENT Deliverables <br />De livery of fi nal brand ing , config urations, and <br />integrations into the Meridian LMS CLIENT <br />Productio n environment. <br />F inal sig n-off on the delivery of the <br />respective delivera bles as stated in task <br />B herein , by MERIDIAN. <br />Assumptions Acceptance Criteria <br />Go live support consi st of ten (10) business <br />days ' worth of imple mentati on resource <br />support post completion of the initial <br />deployment into the Meridian LMS CLIENT <br />Production environmen t. <br />Extens ion of the Go Li ve task as defined <br />herein will req uire additiona l fund ing . <br />Completion of ten (10) business day's <br />duration beyond the completion of the <br />initial deployment into the Meridian LMS <br />CU EN T Production environment. <br />Saas Agreement : Multi-Tenant meridianks.com <br /> <br />City Council 14 – 33 8/5/2025
