The purpose o f this task is to configure and connect to the CLIENT's Open Sesame account of <br />courseware. Project Schedule <br />CLIENT Deliverables <br />Prov ide MERID IAN all req ueste d account <br />information. <br />Acce otance Criteria <br />Confirmation that the Meridian Open <br />Sesame functionality has been co rrectly <br />configured and is func tioning per <br />the Requirements . <br />The scope of the imple mentat io n services as depicted herein is limited to a one (1) phase softwa re <br />deployment, estimated to take sixteen (16) weeks. <br />Schedu le is dependent on CLIENT's abil ity to: <br />1. Complete all Discovery and Planning activities per the mutually agreed upon baselined Project <br />Plan, including but not li m ited to : <br />a. Data Template Co mpletio n. <br />2. Provide Configurati on and Integration Requ irements in a timely manner. <br />3. Pro vide feedback on all loaded data in a timely manner . <br />4 . Execute Customer Acce ptance Testing ac ti v ities per the agreed upon Project Plan. <br />A draft Project Plan will be provided within one (1) week after the Project K ick-Off date. The <br />detai led Project Plan is subject to modification during the software implementation lifecycle with <br />the mutual agreement of both the CLI ENT and MERIDIAN. <br />D. Roles and Responsibilities <br />MERIDIAN and C LIENT agree to staff the Project at levels and co nditions as set forth in the <br />mutually agreed upon Project Plan.
