Exhibit A Scope of Work – Graviton Consultant Agreement <br /> 80 <br />Project Role Description <br />• User Acceptance Test <br />• Payroll Validation Test <br />• End User Training <br />• Production Support <br />Subject Matter Experts City Subject Matter Experts are key stakeholders in the City, who are experts in both <br />City-wide and department-specific business processes. City Subject Matter Experts are <br />encouraged to actively provide feedback to both the Project Management team as <br />well as the City and Graviton Functional team. As required, City Subject Matter <br />Experts will support CEMLI development by providing business process expertise to <br />the development resources. City Subject Matter Experts will receive knowledge <br />transfer as they actively participate in work sessions related to the following project <br />deliverables in accordance with the deliverable definitions included in this Statement <br />of Work. <br />• Cloud Business Process Familiarization <br />• CEMLI Cycle 1 <br />• Conference Room Pilot 1 <br />• CEMLI Cycle 2 <br />• Conference Room Pilot 2 <br />• CEMLI Cycle 3 <br />• Conference Room Pilot 3 <br />• CEMLI Cycle 4 <br />• System Test <br />• CEMLI Cycle 5 <br />• User Acceptance Test <br />• Production Support <br />City Subject Matter Experts must also be able to provide insight into department <br />specific requirements. The following functional areas require the City to assign subject <br />matter experts for affected departments. <br />• Human Resources – Subject Matter Experts are required to provide expertise <br />on subjects the City HR Lead requires assistance with. <br />• Time and Attendance – Subject Matter Experts are required to provide <br />department time and attendance requirements and approval workfl ows. <br />• General Ledger/Accounting – Subject Matter Experts are required to bring <br />additional perspective and expertise to accounting related design discussions <br />including chart of accounts and financial reporting. <br />• Projects and Grants – Subject Matter Experts are required to provide <br />department project and grant requirements including grant reimbursement, <br />project reporting, and data conversion. <br />• Procurement/Purchasing – Subject Matter Experts are required to provide <br />department specific procurement requirements including requisition <br />approvals and contracts. <br />• Inventory Management – Subject Matter Experts are requred to provide <br />department specific inventory requirements including item set up and <br />inventory related business processes. <br />Technical Developers City Technical Developers bring expert knowledge in the City legacy systems for the <br />purpose of supporting the Oracle Cloud CEMLI development.
