(1) Any written contract or agreement that was executed subsequent to the"bodily injury"or <br /> "property damage"or"personal and advertising injury"; <br /> (2) Any"occurrence"that takes place after the equipment lease expires; or <br /> (3) "Bodily injury"or"property damage"arising out of the sole negligence of such additional insured. <br /> The limits of insurance afforded to the additional insured shall be the limits which you agreed to provide, or <br /> the limits shown on the Declarations, whichever is less. <br /> Additional insured coverage provided by this insurance will not be broader than coverage required by the <br /> written contract, agreement or permit. <br /> The insurance afforded to the additional insured is excess over any valid and collectible insurance available <br /> to such additional insured, unless you have agreed in a written contract for this insurance to apply on a <br /> primary or contributory basis. <br /> 3. BROADENED NEWLY ACQUIRED OR FORMED ORGANIZATIONS COVERAGE <br /> Section If-WHO IS AN INSURED Paragraph 3.a.is replaced with the following: <br /> a. Coverage under this provision is afforded until the end of the policy period; <br /> 4. BODILY INJURY TO CO-EMPLOYEE COVERAGE <br /> Section II-WHO IS AN INSURED Paragraph 2.a. is replaced by the following: <br /> 2. Each of the following is also an insured: <br /> a.Your"volunteer workers"only while performing duties related to the conduct of your business, or your <br /> "employees", other than either your"executive officers" (if you are an organization other than a <br /> partnership,joint venture or limited liability company)or your managers (if you are a limited liability <br /> company), but only for acts within the scope of their employment by you or while performing duties <br /> related to the conduct of your business. However, none of these "employees"are insureds for: <br /> (1) "Bodily injury"or"personal and advertising injury": <br /> (a)To you, any of your directors, managers, members, "executive officers"or partners (whether or <br /> not an"employee") or to any co-"employee"while such injured person is either in the course of <br /> his or her employment or while performing duties related to the conduct of your business; <br /> However,the exclusion for"bodily injury"to a co-"employee"only applies if the co-"employee" is <br /> entitled to benefits under any of the following:workers'compensation, unemployment <br /> compensation or disability benefits law, or any similar law. <br /> (b)To the brother, child, parent, sister or spouse of such injured person as a consequence of any <br /> injury described in Paragraph (1)(a) above; <br /> (c) For which there is any obligation to share damages with or repay someone else who must pay <br /> damages because of the injury described in Paragraph (1)(a) or(b)above; or <br /> (d)Arising out of his or her providing or failing to provide professional health care services, <br /> With respect to"bodily injury" only, this limitation does not apply to: <br /> (a)You or to your directors, managers, members, officers,partners or supervisors as insureds, or <br /> (b)Your"employees" as insureds with respect to such damages caused by cardiopulmonary <br /> resuscitations or first aid services administered by such "employee". <br /> (2) "Property damage"to any property owned, occupied or used by you or by any of your directors, <br /> managers, members,"executive officers"or partners(whether or not an "employee") or by any of <br /> your"employees". <br /> This limitation does not apply to"property damage" to premises while rented to you or temporarily <br /> occupied by you with permission of the owner. <br /> 5.
