Sister City Sahuayo Visit <br />City Manager’s Office <br />August 5, 2025 <br />Slide 6 <br />Sister City Mural –Downtown Santa Ana <br />Sahuayo officials toured the vibrant murals of <br />Santa Ana which inspired the idea of a joint <br />Sister City mural to create cultural exchange, <br />unity, and shared identity between Santa Ana <br />and Sahuayo. <br />Santa Ana selected two artists to through the <br />Arts and Culture Commission that will <br />collaborate on the mural with two artists from <br />Sahuayo. Tentative completion is NOV 2025. <br />A complementary “sister” mural in Sahuayo by <br />Santa Ana and Sahyayo artists is also <br />envisioned.
