C;) Addendum to the Agreements by and between CivicPlus, LLC and Santa Ana Police, CA <br /> Self-Insured Retentions <br /> Self-insured retentions must be declared to and approved by Customer Customer may require CivicPlus to provide proof of ability to pay <br /> losses and related investigations, claim administration, and defense expenses within the retention. <br /> Acceptability of Insurers <br /> Insurance is to be placed with insurers authorized to conduct business in the state of California with a current A.M. Best rating of no less <br /> than A-:VII, unless otherwise acceptable to Customer <br /> Verification of Coverage <br /> CivicPlus shall furnish Customer with original Certificates of Insurance including all required amendatory endorsements(or copies of the <br /> applicable policy language effecting coverage required by this clause)upon request. Failure to obtain the required documents prior to the <br /> work beginning shall not waive CivicPlus's obligation to provide them, Customer reserves the right to require complete,certified copies of <br /> all required insurance policies,including endorsements required by these specifications, at any time. <br /> Subcontractors <br /> CivicPlus shall require and verify that all subcontractors maintain insurance meeting all the requirements stated herein. <br /> Failure to Maintain Insurance Coverage <br /> If CivicPlus,for any reason, fails to maintain insurance coverage„which is required pursuant to this Agreement, for the entire term of this <br /> contract,the same shall be deemed a breach of Agreement. Customer, at its sole option,may terminate this Agreement for convenience <br /> upon sixty(60)days written notice. <br /> 2.
