Small scale- Debris removal service; cost per ton. Includes cleanup debris by hand, disposal (no heavy equipment) <br /> $250/ton <br /> 8. Large Scale- Debris removal service cost, unpermitted encampments. Cost of heavy equipment that include but may <br /> not be limited to Track Loaders,Truck and semi-end dump trailer combinations,Water trucks, High Reach fork-lifts, <br /> Stake bed trucks, backhoes, skip loaders,tractors, and additional service trucks and machinery to assist. Evaluation and <br /> analysis will be based on submittal of proposal and all identified costs, including any and all costs related to collect and <br /> dispose items.
