However,our services do not <br /> stop there:the program is designed to ensure that low-income Orange County residents understand <br /> their health coverage,are able to locate a culturally and linguistically appropriate primary care provider, <br /> can make and attend appointments, and remember to renew their coverage annually. <br /> This year,CHIOC is preparing to help a new population enroll in Medi-Cal for the first time. Low-income <br /> adults between the ages of 26 and 49, regardless of immigration status,will be eligible for the program <br /> beginning in 2024.This opens the door for thousands of uninsured Santa Ana residents to gain access to <br /> preventative care, mental health care,and treatments for chronic health conditions, rather than relying <br /> on emergency departments.Already a trusted presence with deep roots in Santa Ana, CHIOC is uniquely <br /> positioned to help Santa Ana residents navigate Medi-Cal enrollment and utilization in 2025. <br /> EXHIBIT A <br />
