By increasing access to mental health services,arts-based enrichment,and family support,the <br /> program aims to reduce involvement in the juvenile justice system,improve academic performance and graduation <br /> rates, and decrease risk factors such as incarceration and teen pregnancy.Through prevention,early intervention, <br /> and empowerment,OCCTAC is helping to build stronger families and safer communities. <br /> EXHIBIT A <br />
