CALTRANS DELEGATED MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />MAINTENANCE SERVICES AND LIST OF LOCATIONS <br />Maintenance Services Provided: all work to be performed on sites that are accessible from the public right of <br />way. City of Santa Ana staff and/or contractors will not perform work on freeway right of way for safety <br />purposes. <br />1.Encampment Removal and Cleanup (per State Procedures) <br />2.Litter and Debris Removal to include but not limited to: <br />a.Garbage <br />b.Furniture <br />C.Appliances <br />d.Tire casings <br />e.Bulky and large items <br />f.Automobile wreckages <br />g.Auto Components <br />h.Clothing <br />i.Beverage Containers <br />j.Food packages <br />3.Weed Abatement -Control and removal of weeds <br />4.Graffiti Removal Services using pre-approved paint colors for Cal-Trans <br />Schedules and Frequency: locations listed in Exhibit A below will be inspected and cleaned one time per week <br />or as needed. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />Page 1 of 13
