<br /> <br />Ordinance No. NS-XXX <br />Page 10 of 27 <br /> <br />The following uses may be permitted in the R2 district subject to the issuance of a <br />conditional use permit: <br /> <br />(a) Any use which may be permitted in the R1 district subject to the issuance <br />of a conditional use permit pursuant to Section 41 -232.5 may likewise be <br />permitted in the R2 district subject to a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />(b) Residential care facilities (seven or more occupants)Care homes, as <br />defined by section 41-41.5 of this Code, which previously were permitted as <br />care homes pursuant to a validly issued conditional use permit and <br />subsequently lost the permitted use pursuant to the provisions of this Code. <br /> <br /> Section 17. Section 41-259.5 (Uses subject to a conditional use permit in the R3 <br />district) of Chapter 41 of the SAMC is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-259.5. – Uses subject to a conditional use permit in the R3 district. <br /> <br />The following uses may be permitted in the R3 district subject to the issuance of a <br />conditional use permit: <br /> <br />(a) Any use which may be permitted in the R2 district subject to the issuance <br />of a conditional use permit pursuant to Section 41-247.5. <br /> <br />(b) Lodging house, care homes, fFraternity houses, residential care facilities <br />(seven or more occupants), and sorority houses. <br /> <br /> (c) Sanitariums and hospitals. <br /> <br /> Section 18. Section 41-292.5 (Uses subject to a conditional use permit in the R4 <br />district) of Chapter 41 of the SAMC is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-292.5. – Uses subject to a conditional use permit in the R4 district. <br /> <br />The following uses may be permitted in the R4 district subject to the issuance of a <br />conditional use permit: <br /> <br />(a) Any use that may be permitted in the R1 district subject to the issuance of <br />a conditional use permit pursuant to Section 41-232.5. <br /> <br />(b) Care homes. Residential care facilities (seven or more occupants). <br /> <br /> Section 19. Section 41-365.5 (Uses subject to a conditional use permit in the C1 <br />district) of Chapter 41 of the SAMC is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-365.5. – Uses subject to a conditional use permit in the C1 district. <br /> <br />The following uses may be permitted in the C1 district subject to the issuance of a <br />conditional use permit: <br />
