(9) <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />• Test pressure relief valve <br />• Test circulation relieve valve <br />• Record GPM, PSI, RPM, Volts and Amps with pump running at 65%, 100%, <br />and150% <br />• Test manual crank start <br />• Test on each bank of batteries separately <br />3. Pump Maintenance <br />• Lubricate pump bearings <br />• Lubricate coupling <br />• Lubricate right-angle gear drive <br />• Calibrate pressure switch settings <br />• Grease motor bearings <br />Maintenance Requests <br />1. Contractor must be equipped and licensed to perform system maintenance on fire <br />alarm systems, monitoring systems, and related equipment. <br />2. All work requiring permits or agency notifications, must be handled by the Contractor, <br />prior to the start of the job. <br />3. The service order must be signed by an authorized Building Maintenance/Park <br />Maintenance employee before contractor leaves the work site in order to explain the <br />completion or suspension of work. If no point of contact is present, please call Phil <br />Neff at (714) 719-2526 or James Riker (714) 719-0067. If no point of contact is <br />present for Park Maintenance, please call Jorge Acevedo at (714) 719-5199 or <br />Eduardo Linares at (714) 647-3523. <br />4. All work must be authorized by Phil Neff, Facilities Maintenance Manager or a site <br />point of contact before services begin. <br />Clean -Up <br />1. Maintain the premises free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish caused <br />by the testing of the fire alarm systems. Carpeting shall be protected from damage <br />and clean-up will be the responsibility of the Contractor. <br />2. The Contractor shall maintain the job in a clean and orderly fashion. Pick up and <br />remove debris daily. If work under this Contract creates dusty, dirty or unsightly <br />conditions in adjacent areas or occupied areas where work is being performed, the <br />Contractor shall immediately clean up affected areas. Owner reserves the right to <br />clean up affected areas if the Contractor fails to do so, and deduct the cost of the <br />cleanup from the amount owed to the Contractor. <br />City of Santa Ana IFB No. 25-047 Page 19 of 34 <br />
