(Pursuant to SAMC Sec. 2-326(a), requires five affirmative votes.) <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS – Public comments will be held during the beginning of the meeting <br />for ALL comments on agenda and non-agenda items. <br /> <br />MINUTES: City Clerk Jennifer L. Hall reported out the summary of email comments <br />received: two (2) Agenda Item No. 10, one (1) Agenda Item No. 12, and seven (7) non- <br />agenda comments. <br /> <br />The following speakers addressed the City Council in-person: <br />1. Bruce Senator spoke regarding the Warner Widening Project and provided the <br />Council literature on the following: Delhi Community Center garden expansion, <br />South Eastwood Street traffic concerns, homelessness, gang intimidation, and <br />Southern Pacific railroad companies. <br />2. Emilio Ramirez spoke regarding the City’s partnership with Cal Cities. <br />3. Ana Gomez spoke regarding short-term rentals and the impacts to the community.
