HCD reserves the right to change their <br /> representative and/or contact information at any time with notice to the Grantee. <br /> 6) Effective Date, Term of Agreement, and Deadlines <br /> A. This Agreement is effective upon approval by HCD (indicated by the <br /> signature provided by HCD in the lower left section of page one, Standard <br /> Agreement, STD. 213), and when signed by all parties. Funds will be <br /> disbursed in accordance with Section 4 of Exhibit B. <br /> B. This Agreement shall terminate on June 30, 2029. <br /> C. On or before January 1 , 2026, a Grantee shall submit to the Department <br /> an updated Regionally Coordinated Homelessness Action Plan, which <br /> shall include updates on the metrics and key actions to improve these <br /> metrics, which shall be reviewed and approved by HCD pursuant to HSC <br /> 50235 subdivision (h).
