Adult business as defined in section 41-1701.6 of the SAMC, antique or <br />collectible stores, furniture, furnishings and appliance stores, medical <br />marijuana dispensaries or second-hand stores. <br /> <br />b. Sheet metal shops, body-fender works, automobile paint shops, repair <br />garages, and any activity which includes the processing, treatment, <br />manufacturing, assembling or compounding of any product, other than that <br />which is clearly and traditionally incidental and essential to a particular retail <br />activity. <br /> <br />c. Any use which is more specifically identified as a permitted use or as a use <br />which may be permitted subject to the issuance of a conditional use permit <br />or land use certificate in one or more use districts pursuant to this code. <br /> <br />36. Ground Floor/ Footprint: The area resulting from the application of building <br />placement and open space requirements and as further articulated by particular <br />building design. In calculating the area, only the conditioned floor space shall be <br />counted for purposes of calculating allowable upper floor area, the area occupied <br />by zaguans shall be counted as "ground floor/footprint." <br /> <br />37. Ground Floor Residential: Dwellings with their primary entrance and habitable <br />space at grade. <br /> <br />38. Health and Fitness: A commercial establishment providing facilities for aerobic <br />exercises, running and jogging, exercise equipment, game courts, swimming <br />facilities, and saunas, showers and lockers. Health and fitness facilities may also <br />provide for instruction programs and classes, such as martial arts, yoga where <br />lockers and showers are provided. <br /> <br />39. Hotel (land use): A facility offering short-term lodging accommodations, as defined <br />and regulated by the SAMC, to the general public and which may include additional <br />facilities and services, such as restaurants, meeting rooms, entertainment, <br />personal services and recreational facilities.
