The request also includes the <br />sale of alcoholic beverages until 2:00 a.m. All alcoholic beverages would be stored in a <br />dedicated storage area within the establishment’s kitchen, which will be approximately 25 <br />square feet. The alcohol storage and display area will make up less than five percent of <br />the total restaurant floor area as required by the SAMC. Live entertainment is not being <br />requested at this time.
