<br /> <br />Resolution No. 2025-XX <br />Page 8 of 15 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />Conditions of Approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 2025-07 <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2025-07 allowing the sale of alcoholic beverages for on- <br />premises and off-premises consumption is approved subject to compliance, to the <br />reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code, the California Building Standards Code, and all other applicable <br />regulations: <br /> <br />The Applicant must comply with each and every condition listed below prior to exercising <br />the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The Applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may <br />result in the revocation of the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />1. Any proposed amendment to this conditional use permit must be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for review. At that time, staff will determine if administrative relief <br />is available or if the conditional use permit must be amended. <br /> <br />2. The sale, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in <br />accordance with the operational standards for on-premises and off-premises <br />establishments pursuant to Section 41-196 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />(“SAMC”), in accordance with the provisions of an on-premises alcohol license by <br />the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (“ABC”), and in <br />accordance with the site and floor plans attached to the staff report documenting <br />the approved scope of the Project. <br /> <br />3. The sale, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages indoors shall be limited <br />from Monday through Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight) and the <br />outdoor patio operation, including serving and consumption of alcoholic <br />beverages, shall be limited Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and <br />Friday and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Operation between 12:00 a.m. <br />(midnight) and 7:00 a.m. shall only take place through Planning Commission <br />approval of a separate conditional use permit application for after-hours operations <br />pursuant to Section 41-2007 of the Transit Zoning Code / Specific Development <br />No. 84 (SD-84). <br /> <br />4. No on-site brewing shall occur at this location. Operation of on-site brewing shall <br />only take place through Planning Commission approval of a separate conditional <br />use permit application for artisan/craft product manufacturing pursuant to Section <br />41-2007 of SD-84. <br /> <br />5. The business shall comply with all provisions of local, state or federal laws, <br />regulations or orders, including, but not limited to, those of ABC, California <br />Business and Profession Code Sections 24200, 24200.6, and 25612.5, as well as <br />
