The Zoning Administrator of the City of Santa Ana, after conducting the <br />public hearing, hereby denies Minor Exception No. 2024-04 to allow a second overhead <br />electrical feeder for two newly built detached accessory dwelling units (ADUs), addressed <br />as 1014 S. Cypress Avenue Units 100 and 101.
