2 <br />2 <br />9 <br />0 <br />3 <br />Exhibit D: Proposed Structure Improvements (“Work Plan”) <br />1001 North Olive Street <br />Item Year Improvement <br />1 2025 Exterior repainting with period-appropriate color palette <br />2 2025 Landscape improvements including trimming of plantings along primary (west and <br />south) facades to better showcase original building features from the public right- <br />of-way. <br />3 2026 General maintenance to include: wood window assessment, stucco assessment, <br />and roof assessment of primary residence and detached garages (at roof, assess clay <br />tiles, parapet, flashing, and primary roof for damage). Repair or replace in-kind, as <br />needed. <br />4 2027 Remove non-compatible wooden garage gate and wooden pedestrian door at the <br />rear yard along the west façade. Planning approval required for new gate and door. <br />5 2028 Repair west façade exterior stairs at entrance to 1001 N Olive Street: concrete <br />repair/replacement and new paint. <br />Assess front porch floor at entrance to 1001 N Olive Street and repair as needed. <br />6 2029 Replace rear yard porch steps (between residence and detached garage at 1001 N <br />Olive Street) with historically-compatible material. <br />7 2030 Conceal, relocate, or remove wire cover along east façade of 915 W 10th Street. <br />Assess all exposed pipes and wires throughout the property and conceal, relocate, <br />or remove as need. <br />8 2031 Replace two (2) metal-frame windows at rear doors (each located at the rear <br />entrance of each unit) with wood-frame window. <br /> <br />Historic Resources Commission 42 6/4/2025 <br />
