Repair or replace windows and window trim, in-kind with matching <br />material, as needed. <br />2 2028 Paint the single garage window trim with a darker color to match the window frame <br />colors on the main residence. <br />3 2029 Address metal flashing at roofline: Fix the uneven metal flashing at the primary <br />front-facing gable of the west façade and along the south façade. <br />4 2030 Reroof built up roof at main residence and detached garage. <br />Metal flashing along the entire residential building shall be assessed by Planning <br />Division staff.
