COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY <br /> THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br /> ADDITIONAL INSURED - AUTOMATIC STATUS <br /> This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br /> COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br /> SECTION II - WHO IS AN INSURED is amended to include as an additional insured any person or <br /> organization when you and such person or organization have agreed in writing in a contract or agreement <br /> that such person or organization be added as an additional insured on your policy. <br /> A. Such person or organization is an additional insured only with respect to liability for "bodily injury", <br /> "property damage"or"personal and advertising injury"caused, in whole or in part, by: <br /> 1. Your acts or omissions; or <br /> 2. The acts or omissions of those acting on your behalf <br /> with respect to: <br /> a. Premises you own, rent, lease, or occupy; or <br /> b. Your ongoing operations performed for that insured. <br /> B. The insurance afforded to such additional insured: <br /> 1. Only applies to the extent permitted by law; and <br /> 2. Will not be broader than that which you are required by the contract or agreement to provide for <br /> such additional insured. <br /> C. The Limits of Insurance applicable to the additional insured are the lesser of those specified in: <br /> 1. The written contract or agreement;or <br /> 2. The Declarations for this policy,whichever is less. <br /> Such are included in, and not in addition to, the Limits of Insurance shown in the Declarations. <br /> D.
