2. Scope of Services: <br />ICS will provide numerous programming services from many manufactures. ICS will document and <br />submit all programming properly for the city both physically and digitally. ICS will ensure code is easy to <br />follow with annotations using the City of Santa Ana standards and templates. Projects will be done on an <br />estimate basis. These estimates will need to be approved by the city's designated Project Manager. ICS <br />will invoice the city on a monthly basis. <br />ICS will program the following Modicon PLCs as required using the (software): <br />1. Momentum (Concept 2.6) <br />2. Advantys 10 (Advantys Configuration Software) <br />3. M340 (Ecostructure Control Expert/Unity Pro 11) <br />ICS will program Modicon HMI's using: <br />1. Magelis (Viejo Designer 2.6) <br />ICS will provide the following services: <br />1. ICS will document existing control circuits with no current records. ICS will be able to produce <br />system design narratives, spreadsheets, and process flow documentation from these <br />unknown circuits. <br />2. ICS will troubleshoot field existing control panels and circuits. ICS will also be able to find root <br />issues that are affecting the current process. <br />3. ICS will modify and troubleshoot existing PLC/HMI programs as needed. ICS can also write <br />brand new programs for both PI -Cs and HMIs. <br />4. ICS will provide HMI programming support. ICS can modify existing as well as create new HMI <br />screens. ICS is also capable of troubleshooting HMI programs. <br />5. ICS will provide PLC technical and maintenance support such as updating firmware, testing <br />possible failing PLC components, as well as point to point 10 testing. <br />6. ICS will provide support for dedicated SCADA networks including ethernet. ICS will <br />troubleshoot and solve issues with network switches and communication. <br />7. ICS will provide bench/FAT testing at the request of the city. Results must be approved by the <br />city prior to field commission. <br />8. ICS will provide PLC programming commissioning and support as needed by the city. <br />9. ICS will continue to provide an ICS laptop with the required software to allow ICS to provide <br />remote programming assistance to on call 24/7 city employees using a city provide hot spot <br />during the project. <br />ICS will provide workmanship which is in compliance with all of the following codes: <br />1. IEEE <br />2. NFPA <br />3. ASTM <br />4. N ETA <br />5. CAL/OSHA <br />171 Page <br />
