OCWD, Wells 27 & 28 PFAS Treatment Systems <br />V_ 40 J <br />� r <br />Project Size $470,000 <br />Years 2024 <br />Overview <br />The City of Santa Ana PFAS Water Treatment Plant Wells No. 27 & 28 project consisted <br />of the following major components: <br />1. Install Dual Media Pressure Vessel systems and Ion Exchange resin media. <br />2. Install a cartridge filter system, sand separators; boaster pumps; chlorine generation <br />skid and storage tank, grading, paving, concrete, piping, masonry walls, etc. <br />3. Electrical and Instrumentation: Electrical equipment and facilities, new <br />electrical services, and instrumentation equipment and facilities at the new <br />water treatment plant. Instrumentation and control systems shall be <br />integrated with the existing SCADA system. <br />4. Provide all commissioning and start-up services. <br />KDC scope <br />KDC was responsible for fabrication, programming, and commissioning of Water <br />Analyzer Panel, Crooke RTU Panel, Well 27/28 PFAS RID, Well 27 RTU, Well 28 RTU, Well <br />27 Security Cabinet, and Well 28 Security Cabinet. <br />Details <br />Technologies deployed included Magelis Control Panels and Modicon Controllers. <br />Page 114 — <br />KDC Sys ems <br />An EMCOR Company <br />
