KDC systems <br />An EMCOR Company <br />5. SCHEDULE <br />Project Schedule examples are available upon request. <br />The City of Santa Ana will be invoiced monthly for all work performed. This invoice wilt be <br />accompanied by a summary of tasks performed, results and progress on long-term tasks. <br />Project Meetings will be held at an agreed cadence (weekly / biweekly) to update all project <br />Stakeholders on progress and resolve any existing issues. We typically include the following <br />steps in our projects. <br />5.1. Project Kickoff <br />■ Receipt of Job Order by Project Manager <br />■ Confirmation of Receipt and Acceptance <br />• Schedule Kickoff Meeting — this meeting would be attended by City of Santa Ana and <br />KDC Systems representatives including the Project Manager and the Lead Engineer — <br />possibly others. This meeting could be in person or a conference call depending on <br />the size and nature of the project <br />■ Generate Detailed Schedule <br />■ kickoff Meeting — the purpose of this meeting would be to clarify any confusion <br />about the scope. Technical issues will also be discussed. KDC Systems may request <br />documents or information at this meeting. We would also review the project <br />schedule/milestones. <br />5.2.
