All work is to be performed during standard hours; Monday — Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. <br />2. Site visits will be billed portal-to-portal, from KDC Systems' office in Los Alamitos, and are subject <br />to a 4-hour minimum. <br />3. Any materials {hardware, software etc.} or other labor not listed in the classifications above, such <br />as electrician support. calibration support, etc. will be subject to additional charges. <br />4. This proposal is a Labor Only agreement. Portal-to-portal mileage is included for each travel day. <br />If overnight accommodation is required, these will be billed at IRS rates per diem and lodging <br />plus 20%. <br />5. The rates listed herein are valid for 12 months from the receipt of purchase order. <br />6. Payment Terms Net 30 <br />7.
