PLC Programming and Consulting Services RFP Response <br />EA Project Number: EA25CSAI 60, 0.0.0 <br />1.Agreement Statement <br />ENTERPRISE <br />AUTOMATION <br />A TETRA TECH COM-Y <br />While Enterprise Automation is prepared to sign the standard agreement in Attachment 4 of the <br />City's RFP as is, we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss certain terms for clarification <br />prior to the execution of this contract. <br />Terms to be discussed include: <br />• Limitation of Liability <br />• Indemnification <br />• Consequential Damages <br />• Insurance and Liability <br />• Termination <br />• Misc. items the City's contract is silent on <br />Enterprise Automation also meets the insurance requirements detailed in the RFP and can <br />provide evidence of financial capacity to fully perform the required services. <br />
