CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />RFP NO.: 25-046 <br />PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER (PLC) PROGRAMMING AND CONSULTING SERVICES <br />APPENDIX <br />ATTACHMENT 2: FEE PROPOSAL <br />Certification - I certify that I have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this <br />Request for Proposal. I have examined the ATTACHMENT 1: SCOPE OF WORK. I am familiar with <br />all the existing conditions and limitation that may impact work requests. I understand and agree that I <br />am responsible for reporting any errors, omissions or discrepancies to the City for clarification prior to <br />the submission of my proposal. <br />Proposer shall submit hourly rates schedule, which shall include but not limited to, direct and <br />indirect costs for labor, for staff per job classification, material, equipment rates, overhead, <br />incidental supplies, travel, mileage, and fuel.
