(2) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />K. Oral Interviews and Presentations <br />Only Proposers meeting qualifications as determined at the sole discretion of the City will be <br />required to make individual oral presentations to the City Evaluation Committee, or its designated <br />representatives, in order to clarify their Proposals and as part of the selection process. The <br />interview of key personnel is to determine if the City is able to establish rapport and a productive <br />professional working relationship with these individual(s) and to assess their expertise. Prior to <br />any oral presentation/interview, the City will have completed all reference checks. Multiple <br />interviews may be required and may be by telephone and or in person which shall be solely <br />determined at the discretion of the City. If the City determines that such oral presentation and <br />interview of the key personnel is needed, the Issuing Office will schedule a time and place. <br />Proposers are required to make the oral presentation and interview of the key personnel within <br />seven (7) workdays after request by the City. Proposers should be prepared to discuss and <br />substantiate any of the areas of the Proposal submitted, as well as its qualifications to furnish the <br />specified products and services. Notwithstanding the possibility of a request for an oral <br />presentation and interview of the key personnel, Proposers shall not rely on the possibility of <br />such a request and shall submit a complete and comprehensive written response to this <br />solicitation. Any costs incurred for the oral presentation and interview of the key personnel are <br />the responsibility of the Proposer. <br />
