A final, bound/stamped, <br />laboratory report is to be supplies to the Resident Engineer and retained in the project records. <br />XII. ASPHALT CONCRETE PAVEMENT <br /> Plant inspection for daily quantities of 500 tons or more. <br />o One per project minimum. <br />Test Required: <br />o Aggregate prior to mixing, per 1000 tons <br /> % crushed particles <br /> Sieve analysis <br /> Sand equivalent <br />o Combined Mixture, per 1000 tons <br /> Stabilometer <br /> Asphalt oil content <br /> Maximum density <br /> In-place density <br />o Liquid Asphalt <br /> Certificate of Compliance <br />Field Compaction: <br />o Tests shall be at 200' to 400' intervals in each lane paved.
