BROAD FORM NAMED INSURED SECTION II.Al.-WHO IS AN INSURED - Paragraph d. is added: d. Any organization you newly acquire or form, except for a partnership, joint venture or limited liability company, and over which you maintain majority ownership or interest (51%or more)or for which you have assumed the active management, will qualify as a Named Insured if there is no other similar insurance available to that organization. However, ooverage under this provision is only afforded until the end of the policy period or the 12-month anniversary of the policy inception date, whichever is earlier. 2. AUTOMATIC WAIVER OF SUBROGATION Section IV—Business Auto Conditions, Paragraph A.5., Transfer of Rights of Recovery Against Others to Us, is deleted and replaced with the following: a. if the insured has rights to recover all or part of any payment we have made under this Coverage Form, those rights are transferred to us. The insured rrst do nothing after loss to impair those rights. At our request, the insured will bring "suit" or transfer those rights to us and help us enforce them. b. If required by a written contract executed prior to loss, we waive any right of recovery we may have against any person or organization because of payments we make for damages under this coverage form.
