<br /> capital markets for various transaction types, including Enterprise Revenue Bonds, General Obligation Bonds, Tax
<br /> Increment financings, Real Property Leases, Equipment Leases, Land Secured Bonds,and Pension Obligation Bonds,
<br /> as well as Public Private Partnerships (P3), and Enhanced Infrastructure Financing Districts (EIFDs). We help staff
<br /> evaluate and implement various financing options for priority projects(including bonds,revolving lines of credit,and
<br /> State and Federal loan programs)and refinancing opportunities. This group includes Isom Advisors,a division of UFI,
<br /> that specializes in education financing.
