I as follows: <br /> 2 FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION <br /> 3 1. Any and all appropriate injunctive or other extraordinary relief afforded under <br /> 4 Government Code §3500, et seq., to remedy the violation and to prevent future <br /> 5 violations of alike or similar nature, including, but not limited to, the granting of a <br /> 6 temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, or permanent injunction prohibiting <br /> 7 Defendants, and each of them, and their agents, representatives, employees, servants <br /> 8 and/or investigators from violating Government Code §3500, et seq. <br /> 9 2. For those matters already identified in Plaintiffs' Government Tort Claims, <br /> 10 any and all damages and/or civil penalties afforded under the law. <br /> 11 SECOND CAUSE OF ACTION <br /> 12 3. Any and all appropriate injunctive or other extraordinary relief afforded under <br /> 13 Government Code §3309.5(d) to remedy the violation and to prevent future violations of <br /> 14 a like or similar nature. <br /> 15 4. For those matters already identified in Plaintiffs' Government Tort Claims, any <br /> 16 and all damages and/or civil penalties afforded under the law. <br /> 17 THIRD CAUSE OF ACTION <br /> 18 5. Any and all appropriate injunctive or other extraordinary relief afforded under <br /> 19 the law to remedy the violation and to prevent future violations of a like or similar <br /> 20 nature. <br /> 21 6. For those matters already identified in Plaintiffs' Government Tort Claims, any <br /> 22 and all damages and/or civil penalties afforded under the law. <br /> 23 FOURTH CAUSE OF ACTION <br /> 24 7. Any and all appropriate injunctive or other extraordinary relief afforded under <br /> 25 the law to remedy the violation and to prevent future violations of a like or similar <br /> 26 nature. <br /> 27 8.
